Room ventilation needs adjustment for pool area!!! Shower curtain rod looks flimsy and potentially dangerous!!! Minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel are noticeable!!!

the staff were polite, but where's my hot tub? this was a winter retreat! and good luck sleeping—my toilet ran all night, uncalled for. also, a little upgrade would’ve been nice as i had to endure these inconveniences. almost wrote a glowing review, but guess that wasn’t good enough for this place.

My stay at this hotel was very smooth, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. plus, the hotel is just around a 5-minute walk from The Boulevard Shopping Centre, making it really convenient for some last-minute shopping and good dining options after a day of exploring.

I had a great stay with my grandson. The separate bedroom was perfect for us, and the sofa bed worked well too. The nearby shopping centers and a pool with a water slide made it fun for both of us. Breakfast had good options every morning.

We loved how the hotel is so close to shopping and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast spread was impressive—lots of tasty options to fuel our day exploring Calgary.

I had a fun stay with a comfortable King Room and really enjoyed the breakfast spread—plenty of tasty options! The pool was great for relaxation, but the bathroom needed a little updating.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy at first, but after I cleaned the filters, it was acceptable. It felt good to get a room change after a plumbing problem. This new room had a better aircon and a fridge which was really handy for the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still decent enough.

Wi-Fi was good, and the kids loved the indoor pool with water slides. Breakfast area was crowded.

The room layout was spacious, and the bed provided a comfortable sleep, although a late-night toilet issue did disrupt our rest. Breakfast had great choices, including delicious granola and coffee to kickstart the day. The staff were friendly, with one even showing exceptional kindness towards my child, which made a lasting impression. Unfortunately, the hot tub was crowded during our visit, which diminished the relaxation experience after a long day.

It was just a prime choice for a fleeting moment in Calgary with reasonable value. The entrance was tricky to find, nestled off a road near Walmart, but it was close to eateries and shopping. Look for places to eat nearby instead of relying on hotel options.
